Abstract:
On November 20, 1997, at the Negotiating Conference on Combatting Bribery of Foreign Officials in International Business Transactions in Turku, Finland, thirty-four governments (twenty-nine OECD countries plus Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, and the Slovak Republic) reached agreement on the Convention on Combatting Bribery of Foreign Public Officials.
