Panamanian Technical Judicial Police have arrested alleged arms dealer Andres Guevara after following him since August, Guevara is charged with arms dealing. He apparently specialized in mobilizing weapons from Central America to Panama. Guevara used his 10-wheel truck with a double bottom to transport the weapons.
