Building on the tax information exchange agreement (TIEA) they signed with the Isle of Man at the end of October 2007, the Nordic Ministers of Finance are negotiating a TIEA with the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands and have contacted and plan TIEAs with several other jurisdictions.
