Abstract:
Fugitive Eric Justin Toth, a former teacher at Washington D.C.’s National Cathedral Beauvoir Elementary School, is now in custody after being spotted by a tourist in Nicaragua. After replacing Osama Bin Laden last year on the FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted list, his arrest brings an end to a five year search for a man who used different aliases and even attempted a fake suicide to evade law enforcement.[2]
