On February 20, 2017, the New Zealand High Court issued a judgment affirming the extraditability of Kim Dotcom, Mathias Ortmann, Bram van der Kolk and Finn Bata to the U.S. on 13 counts, including allegations of conspiracy to commit racketeering; copyright infringement; money laundering and wire fraud since 2012.
