Abstract: 
On September 6, the United States Department of Justice announced that in a cooperative effort, the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) and the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), denied entry into the United States to a former SS guard at the Auschwitz death camp complex in Poland during World War II.  Instead of entering the U.S., he was returned to Germany on September 5.
