Abstract:
As a result of an incident on February 15, 2012, in which two Italian marines allegedly shot two Indian fishermen, Indian law enforcement boarded the Enrica Lexie, an Italian oil tanker, arrested the marines, and is currently prosecuting them for murder.[1]
