Abstract: 

On October 10, 2012, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commission on Corporate Responsibility and Anti-Corruption, and the Commission on Commerce Law and Practice issued model clauses for best international corporate practice in transnational work, facilitating business negotiations, and improving the drafting of the numerous contractual documents companies are processing.[1]
