Abstract: 
On April 24, 2017, Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (ICC) unsealed the warrant of arrest for Al-Tuhamy Mohamed Khaled (Al-Tuhamy), who is allegedly responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity for his actions during the uprising in Libya in 2011.
