Abstract:
On November 10, 2014, the Select Committee on Extradition Law published its first Report of Session 2014-2015: “The European Arrest Warrant Opt-in”. The Committee was appointed by the U.K. House of Lords on June 12, 2014 to consider and report on the law and practice relating to extradition, in particular the Extradition Act 2003.
