Abstract:
On April 28-29, 1989, the first meeting of the Standing Committee of Ministers responsible for Legal Affairs was held in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. They considered a number of issues in the regional program of cooperation legal matters and on important issues presented to them by the CARICOM Heads of Government.
