Abstract:
On February 27, 2014, the European Parliament (EP) adopted its legislative resolution on the draft directive of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the (EIO) in criminal matters. Following a report submitted by the EP Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs[2] the resolution was passed by 467 votes to 22, with 10 abstentions.
