European Parliament Calls for Deep Reform of the European Arrest Warrant

On February 27, 2014, the European Parliament (EP) adopted its resolution with recommendations to the Commission on the review of the European Arrest Warrant (EAW).[2] The resolution was based on a report submitted by the EP Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.[3]
