Abstract:
On January 29, 2013, the Court of Justice of the European Union – Grand Chamber (the Court) delivered its judgment in the case of Ciprian Vasile Radu, a Romanian national.[2] The ruling concerns some aspects arising out of the execution of the European Arrest Warrant (EAW),[3] specifically human rights in the context of grounds for refusing surrender.
