Court of Appeals of the State of Oregon Rejects Turkish man’s claim of violation of United States-Turkey Extradition Treaty

On May 13, 2009, the Court of Appeals of the State of Oregon affirmed the trial court’s judgment of conviction of Defendant, Mr. Deniz Aydiner, a Turkish citizen, for, among other things, 10 counts of aggravated murder of University of Portland student, Catherine Johnson.
