Convictions Upheld in Coast Guard's $42 Million Drug Bust

The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit upheld the convictions of three out of four defendants that were charged with aiding and abetting the possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and aiding and abetting the possession of marijuana with intent to import into the United States.
