Abstract:

On July 27, 2017, Chinese fugitive Ren Biao, who has St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship, left for China. Ren received citizenship in 2013 under the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program of St. Kitts and Nevis. On July 29, 2017, the Chinese anti-corruption authority announced Ren has returned to China and surrendered to the police.
