United States Import Relief Laws is written with the needs of the trade law practitioner in mind. It was prepared by twelve experts from private practice and government who explain the substantive bases of U.S. trade law, familiarize the reader with important procedural and enforcement steps, and guide him through the political spheres of international trade where future trade legislation is conceived.
