Abstract:
Seventeen experts, including some eminent trade lawyers, discuss in this PLI course handbook the implications of the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 for import and export controls and their enforcement. Most contributions relate to actions against unfair trade practices and the new standards imposed by Congress.
