ASIL Panel Held on International Law and Refugee Asylum

The American Society of International Law ("ASIL") took a look at the emerging law of refugee asylum at its annual meeting held in Washington, D.C. on April 9-12, 1986.  The panel of refugee law specialists was chaired by Professor David Martin of the University of Virginia.
