Abstract:
On June 10, 1986, the United States Senate held a hearing regarding amendments S. 430 to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (hereinafter "FCPA"). S.430, the Business Accounting and Foreign Trade Simplification Act, proposes to modify and improve the current state of the FCPA.
